Look on the VIN plate, it tells you the approved db and revs they are at.

If its a tingling and numb sensation it could be the ulna nerve being trapped, is it little and 3rd finger or all of them ? The same happened to me on a speed triple after a scotland trip and had to have an op on me elbow to relieve the pressure, could also be where it crosses the palm.. relaxing gr...

I did it on a gixxer 750 once, you will probably need to get new longer clutch cable, throttle cables and brake lines, then there's the electrics that will need probably need re-routing to fit the higher bars. It's easy enough to get risers and drill top yokes.
