Grampian refused to do mine as they couldn't supply the parts needed. I got the parts, they still wouldn't touch it unless they supplied the parts. Very frustrating. The guy who eventually did it in Widnes can't take any more customers, far too busy. Dying breed these engineers. Hope you get sorted...
