on a more serious note , I own a few properties and they have Garages, I rent them out. Around this way "solo" Garages are like rocking horse shit ! I would be inclined to keep it and rent it out.To check out the market round your area ask at the local estate against is their any demand for a garage...

as far as i know its not a requirement,but if you have stated on your proposal that the bike is unto date on service schedules ,then they have a right to see it.As per usual with insurance companies, its a way of getting out of payment
