Re: Loud pipes

A bit of a tangent, but I was talking to some of the peeps from Aintree race track when I was at the Manchester bike show. They now have to finish early because of neighbours complaining. The houses have only been built recently, but they have been there for donkeys years. Doesn't seem fair to me, t...

Re: New gloves ( recommendations )

Well done for buying them at a real shop. The problem with trying them on in a shop and then saving a few quid on line is this - The shopkeeper will end up with a load of tatty stock that no one wants. Cat and Fiddle closed

I went for a ride yesterday to the Cat and Fiddle with my lad. It was all shut up and had a sign in the window saying "Closed until further notice."
A shame because lots of people had turned up, (and it was bloody freezing!)
Let's hope it re-opens soon.

Re: WIRRAL EGG RUN 2016

Is it going to be "official" with cops controlling the traffic etc?
The last time I did it, it put me off tbh, too many wobbly riders next to me made me worried and I probably took 5K miles off my clutch. :-(

I take my bikes to Cadishead Motorcycles on the A57, it's a husband and wife team. Very fair and friendly.

Re: Clip ons are dangerous

You would think common sense would say we need a barrier at the edge of the cliff?

Leave me out of it, I can get myself into enough trouble as it is .........
