So what did it need in the end mate? another fuel pump, filter & strainer plus the valve clearence setting correctly, not at absolute zero like they were by the pervious owner and the cam shaft retainers torquing up. You ideally need to find a scrapped Arriva bus and dismantle its CCTV equipement. The cameras are pin hole type but mounted in a 4" dome. We had loads lay around at Green Lane depot years back. I'd have said water/moisture in the TPS resistive track, same issue on my nelli after a 100mile drowning en route back from wales. Glad its all reet now. I use ACF50 and then wax spray or silicone spray

Bought myself a mandrel instead and will start fabricating my own. Just need to find a decent used TIG welder. MTC have done a lot of work for me in the past and very good work, quick turn around and low prices, just think he's taken on too much recently with the move and so has priced a Litter high...
