If you want to know how safe it is go to the Sharp website and see if the ones you are looking at are on there. That can give an indication of how your head would be if god forbid you come off.

Just wondering if anyone out there is a diabetic using insulin meds to control it and how does it affect your biking? oooouch - don't like to be the bearer of bad news but if it ligaments it's more painfull than a break and takes longer to heal - rub some Arnica cream on painful bits, I know it a bit hippy dippy but it do seem to work
