Awesome Cleaning tip!

Hey peeps!

So ive just discovered a great way of cleaning those bits of the bike that are hard to reach with a brush or rag etc.

Few years back i bought one of those household steam cleaners from argos for £20 to tackle the oven... Used it once till today.

Found that steam is awesome at dissolving away chain lube, road grime and general bike dirt. It gets right into those hard to reach places like corners and shit that are a pain in the arse to get to.

Here's a before and 5mins in of cleaning my sprocket carrier with almost two years of crap on so you get an idea of how good it is.

I wouldnt recommend it on parts of the engine where it may effect gaskets etc or around bearings but for solid parts it works awesome.

Had this one for years. Only the second time ive used it but performed really well. Cheap anyway and saves dealing with the agro' of sneaking stuff in the dishwasher to get the bits you cant get

I did say on solid parts or words to that effect. Im hoping people have a little common sense rather than me having to write a huge list of bits it could potentially mess up haha.
