Nah the Col d'Iseran is higher and much, much harder.

Clue ....It's a resort area near the junction of France, Switzerland and Italy, is famous for its alpine skiing. It’s at the base of the highest summit in the Alps. Cable cars are open all year round and the girls are gorgeous !
