First £550 Monday gets it unrecorded accident damage went down on its side today needs two new mirrors screen obviously left fairing damage and unsure if sump gone engine cover or engine all oil pissed out but was still running till I killed it

insurance paid £3,000 in the end they tried to pay £1200 but had issue with v5 lol didnt send off but i hpi the bike on 8th sept and recorded as insurance write off so i phoned insurance asking why they reported without finalising they said its policy so i replied id like to speak to superviser after a arguement i get a supervisor said i wasnt happy with the offer..

he says bike was a parralel import you never declered
bike had a lot of aftermarket parts you never declered

my answer why have you declered it cat c with dvla

his answer as we came to conclusion it was beyond economical repair

my answer did you give me the opportunity to repair bike at my cost

you do realise by declaring the bike cat c to dvla and not offering me the chance to take bike back and repair at my cost and to keep bike not recorded you bought the bike

you tried to rush claim through but during your rush by declaring the bike to dvla a write off taking all my responsibility to pay recovery fees and to repair my bike myself you have legally just took responsibility and ownership of bike.
id like to settle this claim asap and buy my bike back so i can put it back on road
