If the fuelling's crap try changing the o2 settings, mine are set to 14 and it's made a massive difference to the fuelling it's much smoother and just about no surging at low revs.

Factory setting for the suspension is wank. It's like a silvercross pram. I've stiffened mine up front and back and wound the rebound nearly all the way in up front. Fuel mapping in B mode is linear and not at all snatchy. STD mode is spirited and great for when you've got the measure of things and the Tarmac is warmer. Throttle response is about the same as my old blade in this setting. i.e. don't be giving it a handful banked over or in the wet. A mode turns it into a unicycle. The engine note changes and this big grin develops in your helmet. I can see why there's a lot of moaning and there's a few in the breakers. It's the same bore as an R1 and 30kg lighter. 139mph is all she wrote, the front end feels like it's floating at that and a steering damper/taller screen won't go a miss.
Well that's my ride for the TT sorted. By the time I've had the tank dent sorted and a few bits of plastic painted. This 14 plate 6k miler with FYSH will stand me at £3650. I love cat D's me.

Where did you get it from stu?
I'd be happy to get a cat c or d bike and save some decent £££

Look on eBay and search for a user called modare2012, they are in Macclesfield. The owner is called Martin and the Driver is Paul. Nice folk, good to deal with.
