I'd wear one for most runs, but I live in a 20mph area, if I want to nip to shop why should I have to wear one?

Again, most rides I would, but it'd be nice to have the choice

I do, firstly because why should I make the kids wear one if I don't and second this would have been my head at 25mph against a wallImage

I make my kids wear a helmet to go on their scooters ( 5year olds) push bikes etc everytime no.exceptions so i do likewise. Would never ride the bike without a helmet on or in shorts amd t-shirt etc

Another one ( like Jim & Biker Ste ) who would have left half my face on the tarmac last year if it wasn't for my lid , so yes I will always wear one , no exception ;)

As for pushbikes ........ I'd push one over but wouldn't ride one
