I had a keeway rkv 125 and couldn't fault it.
They look good, ride well
Are good for about 65
Had no issues with reliability at all
I bought it 12 months old with about 4k on the clocks and it looked brand new. Sold it 6months later after passing my test and the lad still has it now 2 years later and has had no problems.
Also keeway are the company that owns the benelli name now

think all the "youngsters" go for these Speedfighters. my lad brought one home , 100cc not 125cc but deck me it was nippy !!! it would defo be quick enough for commuting.

the prob i think with these is that they are auto gearboxes and won't have any quick acceleration when need to accelerate out of trouble, like a "normal" 125 ,a honda CG etc .

do some insurance quotes see what comes out cheapest and poss put that into your budget too

I had a sym xs 125 good bike ran ok didn't like starting when it got really cold but it has a kick stand so that solved that issue lasted one winter b4 the rust started to show up even when useing acf50 and autosol the second winter killed it the electrics started to fail and if left sat too long the it quickly fills up with gunk and struggles to run..... My advice is don't bother
