Here goes:

Joe, who recently left, didn't really care about the customer (that's the impression he gave me) and Alan can be very condescending.

Years ago (2009 I think) I tried to buy a new ZX-10R from them, but instead Alan told me that it was too powerful for me, so why don't I go downstairs and buy a secondhand bike instead.
To add insult to injury, I brought along my immaculate 2006 Honda CBR600F as a trade in, and asked them to price it. Alan told me there wasn't much call for CBR600's and gave me a really lousy valuation.
I just walked away and kept my CBR and my money.

My negative review from all those years ago should still be on Google.

like everywhere else ..they will have good feedback and bad feedback .

I've heard nightmare stories about an old guy in the sales dept, yet I've heard good stories about the clothing dept. The cafe is great and i think if that wasn't there ,they might struggle .

Fair play to them though as they survived a recession a couple of years back.

Everything else is fine.

All part of the secret recipe I suppose...it's probably what makes those pork balls taste so good then? Image

I've always found the clothing dept and cafe great, never had any bike dealings with them apart from taking a MT09 on a test ride , which they were fine about , no pressure to buy it
