If your Location on your phone is on and you open up Google Maps, on the left side of the screen click on the 3 horizontal lines and then open up "Your Timeline", once you accept the disclaimer you can clock on the date and select whatever date you want and it'll show up the route according to your GPS. Its not 100% accurate if your GPS has been off or the signal is on and off but its pretty good
