Given that some of the fuckers still manage to run off, I think shooting a heavy net from the front of the pursuing vehicle would be a good tactic ?

Great incentive.

I’ve seen a wheel trap/snare/net that looks great and works perfectly but its over the pond. Probably wouldn’t be allowed it over here- aren’t bull bars still banned on vehicles?
