Is Legal Cover on Insurance Worth the Money
Re: Is Legal Cover on Insurance Worth the Money
Legal cover varies a lot between insurers as does breakdown cover. so check what you are getting before you buy.
Some legal cover is no better than no win no fee, while some offer a very comprehensive range of cover for many different legal issues. I used to have one that even included probate claims.
Be aware with breakdown cover that some of them are just that... "breakdown cover" even if they include recovery. If you get involved in a road traffic accident you have to pay to have your bike recovered (about £120 minimum) as they don't class that as a "breakdown".

I don't take it out, simply because I have legal protection on my house insurance.
If you have house insurance just check that it covers motor claims.

Seconded. 'Helped' by a clueless muppet in their 'office'/call centre then 'represented' in court by a barrister who couldn't even keep his breakfast off his tie. I think he came straight from the bottom of the legal barrel. Predictably, I lost.johnnyrotten13 wrote:if its for fletchers solicitors in southport dont fucking bother!!! right set of cunts who left me high and dry after an accident that was not my fucking fault!! big hole in my leg and had to pay tro fix my bike out of my own pockets through them bastards!!
