Or put it this way I've got 4mm left should I be thinking of putting new ones in just cos they are out of the bike at the mo?

I swapped mine with 3mm left but only as I was going on a trackday.. The wear marker is at about 1mm

MOT min limit is 1mm same as our tyres.
However most manufactures recommend 2mm particularly if the pads are aged and/or crumbling at the edges

Here you are Rich, I am just changing these out.
Probably could have run them a while longer, but I have a track day Monday so taking no chances.

Don't think I would let mine get that low before swapping them over
