Speeding Ticket :(

Post by nev » 17 Aug 2015, 21:42

Got snapped by Gatso doing 58 in a 40 (easily done), any point arguing it wasn't me or just bend over and take it...

What's the general concensus ?

If it you know it to be true, just roll over if you can spare the points on your licence. The stress of working a flanker just ain't worth the saving. Indeed, it may cost you more.

As Cab says. Trying to fiddle it could, worst case, land you in prison.

Prison with a large black man called lucky. And you'll get lucky every night. Or probably 3 points and a fine. You may have to go to court and the fine might be over 100 quid.

1984 it was 1 endorsement and a £30 fine for 56 in a 30. Don't think I'd get away with that today.
