I think it is more to do with the reduced functionality of the forum platform software. It is not so easy get instantious responses to posts, so it requires members to enquire what's going on rather than be drawn in by tag alerts.
This thread has been running four days now and now is the first time I've seen it. I note I am slurred on this thread. On the former platform I would have been tagged bring instantaneous discourse to the thread. As it is, with the timelapse, my enthusiasm to retort is as limp as I hear the slurers dick is these days.

I know. Just surprised you recognised, let alone appreciated it as such.

We used to get Mods to calm things down. There was talk of points for being a cock too. Loads of over reaction to the most benign of comments. Facebook has stolen so many souls. One day there will be a Renaissance with these old boards

when I first joined the old board, world war Suzuki sue was going on.so it made interesting reading for the newbies, never found out what all the crap was about.but seem to me lots of members took sides. I often see Midlands riders group out an about in large number too .they have gone nationwide now.well organised and whoever runs it must be making a killing off the merchandise. they are planning meeting points in Liverpool Manchester and Cheshire in 2018. although some of kevs rides take some beating.

Agreed and this i accept a bit of responsibility for too.
The old platform was on its arse - however was nicer to use i admit. I think taking it on was a mistake for me personally, it came at a time when business moved up a gear and i just couldn't commit to developing it further and with the constant winging and moaning from a certain few i admit i lost interest.

Traffic on most forums has dropped and many move to facebook which while not something i use day to day (because its often full of fuck tards with idiotic reply to all responses) i can see why many do and it works on the mobile platform so readily unlike these old BB boards.

Anyway wish you all well and see you out there on the roads perhaps guys
