Orange stopped doing them but comparethemarket has started. Just bought a £2.03 24hr UK travel insurance policy and qualified for free 2-4-1 voucher codes for a year (every Tues/Weds, one ticket a week) 
I suspect once CTM realise this little quirk they'll introduce some sort of minimum qualifying policy purchase price so if you want it get a move on before they realise
