Welding exhaust

Can anyone do a bit of welding on a ss exhaust for me, fill a hole and put a tab on a nut?

Joelee welded an exhaust for me and did a fantastic job (he is a coded welder).
Not sure if he is still on the forum though.
Maybe bloke knows someone?
