Something like this i think? Or just Cab being reckless on his tricycle again
Re: Assistance from Road Traffic Act nerd please.
The speed you were travelling at prior to the impact
Whether the turning vehicle was indicating
If the turning vehicle was not indicating, should it have been obvious in any way that the vehicle was going to or was about to turn or pull out?
Factors law will take into account that's it

Re: Assistance from Road Traffic Act nerd please.
I'm imagining undertaking someone on a road in good conditions at a reasonable speed and I can foresee loads of possible dangers but I'm in a relatively low gear and I've got the brake covered so alls good. That diagram looks like I'm going to overtake someone oncoming on their left hand side ? Now I've probably done this too, but we're talking about some mega congested roads around a major attraction when the traffic is virtually stood still.
It all boils down to what you feel comfortable doing and if there are any cops or cameras

You're on a bike you dont need indicators.rumpoldstilskin wrote:I'm with cupidstunt on this, rush and you're bound to come a cropper.
Just been pulled on the motorway for manoeuvring without indicating.
Checked my indicators and the dreadded water ingress has had them, completely corroded after 16months, got off with a warning as the front ones work and he said my riding for the conditions wasn't dangerous at all.

One does not need big kahunas to carry out a manoeuvre using the 6P rule.rumpoldstilskin wrote:True, still got big kahunas for trying that
