was that m8s rates or normal rates as got a yammy 600r head i need doing

Normal rate. I provided them with the valve stem oil seals.

So the frame, swingarm, center stand and wheels are at the powdercoaters and today i removed 2 of the 4 linkage bearings, these were in a pretty bad state,

the center bearings however, were in an unbelievable condition, it was difficult enough to get the spacer out, but the bearings are going need pressing out at the bike shop.
New set should be here mid week.

Also cleaned up and enamel sprayed the suspension dog bones.

Picked up the frame, wheels, center stand and swing arm from the powdercoaters today. Unfortunately the blasting revealed hidden damage to the swing arm, 2 big lumps of filler one on each side meant i've had to order a replacement. The rest of the items came out spot on.

Frame with center stand re-fitted.
