Gsxr worth more than cbr1000rr?

Gsxr worth more than cbr1000rr?

My mates sold his gixer750 k6 for £4400 my cbr1000rr5 is only worth £3400? WTF? My blades twice the bike but worth a grand less ! Go figure?

i think 4400 for a K6 is very strong money and more like K7/K8 money.
to be fair the K6 was a really good road bike, the K7 even better IMO
Blade's a blade, the RR5 is a fine bike, not everyone wants the litre bike for the road.

A standard blade would sell easily i reckon for more, standard being the key here. likewise with the gixxah (albeit unlikely)

Wouldn't touch one with a barge pole unless it would blinged up with blue anodised stuff and an iridium screen, classy touches like that.
